Transforming Lives by Renewing Minds

I merge transformational coaching strategies with the art and science of medicine to help you build skills for sustainable, meaningful change.

Who is she

Dr. Janet Little

Dr. Janet Little is a family medicine doctor, coach, wife, and mother whose experience as a physician in a high-stress and demanding leadership position led her on a personal journey of discovery.

As a leader, her compassion for healthcare providers led her to explore solutions for their complete well-being. She became known as the Doctor for Doctors.  Today, Dr. Jan serves workers on all tiers of the healthcare system. She is doing her part to repair a broken system by facilitating the healing of broken, burned out, and overwhelmed healthcare providers.

This journey drastically improved her quality of thinking and inspired her to become a certified I.G.N.I.T.E Breakthrough Coach, Lodestar Trauma-Informed Professional Coach (TIPC), a John Maxwell Team coach and JMT DISC Method trainer, and owner of Optimal Vitality MD, LLC.

Identify Yourself

Has there been a time when you’ve felt overwhelmed, uncertain, or just plain stuck?

Well, you are not alone!

It’s during times like these that focusing on our personal growth becomes more important than ever. I created Optimal Vitality, M.D. Coaching to empower you to become your most resilient self — not only able to bounce back from adversity, but to bounce beyond from where you once were to where you want to be.

Vacation is restful for the body and mind, but we should not wait for vacation to take care of ourselves. Resilience coaching teaches us how to take the feeling of vacation and inject it into few minutes of our day, every day.
